I began my humble career journey as an Auditor for one and a half years. It was a natural choice as I studied Accountancy. Yet, no matter how hard I worked, my pay increment and promotion were slow. I was quick to realise that this career path would not be able to fulfil what I wanted to achieve in life before 30 years old:
- Own a car
- Start a family
- Finance my own house
I asked myself one question. "Why continue in a job that would not be able to fulfil my aspirations in 5 years no matter how hard I work?" I always believe in the importance of how we spend the 10 years of our life (Between 20-30years old, when we still do not have any commitments), and I no longer wanted to waste my youth away.
Inspired by the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki, I knew I would be trapped in a 'Rat Race' forever if I did not get out of that corporate job fast.
The spark to know more about a Career in Prudential came from a fellow auditing colleague. Honestly speaking, joining Prudential never crossed my mind when I was young but being open-minded, I thought that there was no harm in finding out more. I submitted my resume and soon after, I was called up for an interview.
Just like any new business start-up, there were concerns: Lack of sales experience, Limited network, No stability in pay, "Friends" might avoid you, "Challenging" industry. However, this was an opportunity that I could potentially achieve what I wanted. I did what most would not have dared - Got out of my comfort zone and took the Leap of Faith!
"You have no idea what you are capable of until you give it a shot."
Planning the Financial Portfolio of my clients and Mentoring Individuals who believe in me are core aspects of my business that I enjoy. With Hard Work, Perseverance, Willingness to Change, Positive Attitude, Strong Mentality to handle countless rejections, fueled by my huge Ambition to have a Team whom I can guide and help to get out of the Rat Race, I achieved what I set out to do before 30. My Career Advancement Track Record - In 5 years, being promoted every single year till I reached my Directorship, is a testament to my abilities.

I have known Jaden for about one year now. About a year back, I was looking to purchase maternity insurance for both my wife and new born daughter. That was when he approached me.
Jaden has a very attentive ear, he listens patiently to our needs before recommending us suitable policies for consideration. His cheerful, upbeat and positive attitude also makes him a very approachable FC. He has never made us feel he was a FC but more of a personal friend.
One of the most memorable actions done by Jaden was when he delivered a set of bubble tea and a welcome baby gift to our home when our daughter was born in her first week. It was a heartwarming gesture and we were very surprised! Jaden truly goes above and beyond his profession capacity as a FC. Furthermore, he has a positive attitude and a hardworking spirit.

I've known Jaden since he first started out as a rookie insurance agent. He must have been one of the most hardworking agent that I've ever known- working long hours and responding to client's request within a few short hours all the way to ensuring the client's insurance are submitted before the tranch is close (he was the first in queue back then!!) From a shy, sincere young boy, he has evolved to become a confident and successful leader leading a group of young agents like he once was 👍🏻Jaden has established a career out of his passion and at the same time shape up his clients/friends with him their insurance and personal care needs and at the same time help mentor other young rookies build and establish their own career path! 👍🏻👍🏻

I have known Jaden since 2013. My friend introduced him to me when I was looking for a hospitalisation plan. He patiently explained everything in details. I feel that he is hard working person and care for his client as well. He maintains relationship with clients, always sharing any information and knowledge and guiding us in our financial planning throughout the years. Grateful to choose him as my FC! learn so much from him especially towards achieving medium-long term financial goals 😊

I have known Jaden for about 1 year as he has assisted my family with claims. Jaden is a very friendly and dedicated agent. He is very responsive in getting my queries clarified. I feel that Jaden is honest and will have alway put his client’s interest as his priority. He is responsive, passionate in his work and most importantly care for all his clients.

I met Jaden when I was invited to play for the soccer team he was in. During that time I had little impression of him and went to New Zealand thereafter to pursue my career. I came back to Singapore in year 2018 for a family visit and was looking to sign on for an insurance policy, my brother in law recommended me to Jaden and without hesitation I signed up for the policies he recommended. The reason is because of his transparency in introducing the policies that suit me. I have always assumed that financial consultants are dodgy, hungry for sales and they will do their level best to upsell all the policies they have in hand to make the best profit. To me, Jaden is definitely trust-worthy and I have the highest admiration for him to be able to be able to put his family and friendship first. He changed my perspective and I am grateful to him for his support rendered to me promptly whenever I needed it.

It was in Y2011 when I met a young man at Raffles Place MRT station. With a friendly smile and approachable personality, he passed a small piece of paper to me and asked me to call if I have inquiries.
What seemed like a common way of marketing, I thought nothing of it until the content of the note caught my eye. It was self written, typed out and printed on a A4 size paper which is then cut into similar smaller pieces.
It tells me that this young man is persevering and really making an effort. Plus seeing hundreds or even thousands of working class professionals walking pass and passing out his leaflets with a smile tells me even one success phone call will mean something. So I did call him and he has been my insurance wealth planner since.
This is Jaden, a promising, hardworking, persevering, understanding and compassionate young man. Thank you for walking the journey with me and my family. All the best in your career and family for many years to come.

I came to know Jaden in late 2020 where I am looking for CI plans for my 3 kids. He had been so patient to explain the details of the policy for me to ensure I understood what the policy coverage is. Constantly, he also never fails to follow up with me with news and any new financial products which might interest me and my family. His friendliness and thoughtfulness are always beyond just a usual financial consultant that I ever met.

I met Jaden outside Woodlands MRT station some 10 plus years ago. He approached me with a 5 years payment plan with Prudential. He was so pleasant and precise with his explanation and he answered everyone of my (unlimited) questions, with enthusiasm. I was convinced! After that he would message me regularly if there were any good plans. I did a couple of more plans under his able guidance. I'm glad that I chose him as my financial consultant. I've tried many other FCs but none could make me comfortable with my decisions.

I knew Jaden last year while looking for an experienced FA for my first pregnancy. As it is our first time, we did not know what to do or what to expect, we only knew we wanted to get an insurance asap.
Jaden shared with us various plans that are important for us and we are glad to have met Jaden back then as he already had 5 kids and is super experienced with maternity plan and insurance for babies. He also explained and made sure we clearly understood the plans before signing up for them.
Jaden is very friendly and patient. He guides us through everything slowly and helps us when we have any queries. Despite being the leader of his agency, he is humble, which is a very important aspect in a FA to me as other FAs give me a bad impression of how they act and can be super proud.🤣 We are glad that Jaden is here with us in this new journey!

When Jaden first approached me to do this testimonial for him, I did not hesitate at all, because I truly believe that Jaden is one of the better financial consultants out there. It will truly be a good thing for more people to learn more about Jaden and his team, as well as the services that they provide. I have known Jaden since our secondary school days and I think it's 22 years now.
When Jaden first approached me many years back to offer me his services, truth be told I've already signed up for a few insurance policies, many with the contacts of my father. But I'm still very glad that we set up that meeting at Causeway Point, because it struck me that Jaden was different from the rest of the financial consultants that I’ve met. He was very professional, he had very strong product knowledge, and I think most important of all, he's very customer-centric. He takes the effort to understand the needs of each individual client beforehand, and he would actually spend a lot of time to research into the various product offerings to find the product that best suits the needs of the individual.
I think it is this can-do spirit and this very strong sense of wanting the best for his client that sets him apart from the other financial consultants that I know. I think these are all very good traits that you would also want to look for in a financial consultant.
After being a client of Jaden for many years now, I can also vouch that he takes a genuine interest in the well being of his clients and that he truly makes the effort to reach out to his clients through regular client appreciation events. He's definitely not the kind of financial consultant that would be all nice and charming to you before you sign on the dotted line before disappearing after that.
I think to him, being a financial consultant is also being part of your life journey. So, if you and your family have any needs in this aspect, do give Jaden and his team a chance.

I like to tell people that I met Jaden under rather serendipitous circumstances more than ten years ago. I remembered then that he was doing a road show at Raffles Place and I was on my way back from lunch, when he stopped me wanting to have a chat about financial planning and insurance. I normally don't stop for such chats, but somehow Jaden radiated such genuine sincerity that I did end up stopping and we ended up having a good conversation about this topic, which then led to follow up meetings and in fact, many meetings thereafter.
Over the years, Jaden has been my go-to financial consultant for all matters relating to financial planning as well as insurance. I like working with him because he's very methodical in his approach. He takes a very genuine interest in his client's needs and then proceeds to recommend products that he finds to be genuinely suitable for his clients. It’s not just about the product recommendation, it's also about the follow up service thereafter. He's always just a phone call away.
Most recently, I had some questions regarding the medical claims for my parents, and he assured me that the entire process was going to be easy and fuss-free, and he was actually guiding me along on the claims. It did turn out to be easy and fuss-free which to be quite honest, surprised me because in my mind, claiming for insurance was a complicated matter, but it was in fact really simple. So I was glad to have him helping me along the way, and I was glad that he was there to give advice as well.
Throughout the years, testament to his hard work and sincerity towards his clients, he has obviously built for himself a great team as well as a successful company. And yet to me, he remains the same humble and steadfast person that I met those many years ago. I feel assured knowing that my insurance matters, my financial planning matters are in his hands and he is just a phone call away. I have no doubt that I will continue working with Jaden and in fact, I always try as best as I can. If any of my friends would require a financial consultant, he would definitely be the person that I would have no hesitation to introduce to my friends.

I have known Jaden for more than a decade and he has never failed to return my call/text even once when I need any information or assistance.
I am blessed to have made the right choice to stop and listen to him during a roadshow at Boon Keng MRT station.
His patience in explaining the different products, his willingness to share views and he is able to work around with my tight budget.
He is different from other consultants that I have met and I feel that I can trust him without any questions.
Whenever I am getting any new products, he is always there to advice me accordingly.
Although I am just his very “small” client, he still respond to me without fail.
He remembers my family members’ birthdays. We were really surprised when we received the special gifts he had arranged for each of us. This really warm our hearts.
I am really happy to see that you are doing well and your hard work has paid off, congrats on your achievements. Take care and be safe!!

I know Jaden literally from an ‘Ah Boy to Man’.
I was ‘caught’ by him during his ‘fishing times’ looking for potential customers when he was an Ah Boy more than 10 years ago outside the MRT station.
Well, I guess it is affinity as I do not usually respond to cold approaches on the street or cold calls.
Jaden left a sincere and patient impression on me. Somehow I trusted him 100% and immediately took up the plan that he proposed.
Adapted from a famous saying, “His Honesty leads me to get the Best Policy”
Jaden is friendly, has a warm personality and always wears a sincere smile. Even after many years when I no longer get any new products, he still gives me the same friendly and warm treatment.
This makes Jaden different from other agents or RMs that I know.

I’ve known Jaden for ten years now, since 2011. Back then, I got to know him through a promotional call. My husband and I met him for the first time under our void deck and our first impression of him was that he’s not pushy, he’s approachable and humble. He also made sure he understood our financial needs before suggesting a few plans for us. Throughout these years, we’ve always entrusted our plans with him and even took on new plans.
Even when we recently met him, he’s still that humble Jaden we knew back then, despite him busy leading his own team of financial consultants. This is one of his prominent traits because I’ve seen other consultants who do not get back to us on our queries for our plans.
He always makes time for his clients, be it big or small. He has always been an approachable FC and always patiently explaining our queries. Jaden has been the best FC for my family and I.

Jaden was the mentor who brought me into this industry, one which I never expected to enter.
However under his dedicated coaching, I became one of the fastest growing Financial Consultants in Prudential.
Jaden is someone who Walks the Talks and follow through what he commits to. This is an impeccable trait which I look for in a Leader. Other than that, he is also astute to see things in a different perspective that can help us to identify our gaps and grow further.
In short, if you are looking for a trustworthy leader to join, look no further. Jaden is the one!

Jaden's personal values and ethics makes him one of the best bosses I've worked with. He is not just a great boss, but also a great mentor, father and son, which is one of the things I see that sets him apart from others. In May, we went on a 10 days roadtrip in Australia with our team and further extended his trip to spend quality time with his family amidst his busy schedule at work.
I was extremely skeptical of the Insurance industry because of past experience with "pushy" agencies. However, after meeting up with Jaden, I realised that he has many exceptional qualities needed to run a succcessful team, such as focusing on Quality over Quantity, and this gave me the assurance I needed.
He is an understanding and smart boss to work with and does not manage his team with a top-down leadership approach, creating a comfortable environment to work in.
With his track record of grooming many outstanding individuals, Jaden is definitely the Director I would recommend to any person who is interested in joining the Insurance industry because at Assets Prestige Alliance (APA), we run with a strong belief in Pro-growth, Transparency, Joint Decision Making, Multi-platform Prospecting and creating Win-Win situations for every individual.

I am a Senior Financial Consultant of APA, one of the largest agencies in Prudential that is founded by Jaden Wang. Before joining Prudential, I worked at one of the local banks in Singapore, achieving numerous TOP 1st banker awards among all the branches locally. It’s a “grand slam” in that industry.
Even though I had been promoted to Senior Manager and Assistant Vice President only within 1 year, I quit the bank and joined Jaslyn and Jaden. I knew that I had found what I truly pursue in APA as I benefited from the right mentorship under Jaslyn and Jaden. Jaden's teachings goes beyond work, his approach to life is also what I have learned. 谦和 - This is my impression of Jaden.

Having been in the Industry for some time, I have had the opportunity to meet and work with many leaders across multiple business lines. However, few have impressed me more than Jaden Wang, a true visionary who is in equal measure an inspiring leader as he is a good and dependable friend. I have found him to be calm, collected and confident in his management approach, and have seen first-hand how he empowers those he works with and encourages them to be the best that they can be. Our team knows that he has our back and that he will go the extra mile to support us for success and for this, I am thankful to have met Jaden all these years ago.
I am certain that if you too have the good opportunity to work with Jaden, you will find that as a Sales Executive, as a Leader, as a Man, and as a Friend, he is of the highest kind, quality, and order.

Jaden played an important role in my decision to switch career and join the Insurance industry as a rookie. I was looking to join a reliable agency with a strong support system and he gave me that assurance.
He is a very reliable and experienced leader who truly walks the talk and always makes time when I needed his help. Having been on the ground himself to become who he is today, he gives credible advice and is an inspiration to the team. I feel very fortunate to have him as a mentor and colleague because he is trustworthy, genuine and dedicated.
